Standard Delivery
With our standard delivery option, you can expect to receive your goods within 2-4 working days of placing your order. The service includes door to door tracking. Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders over £30.
Cost- £3.50 or Free on orders over £50.
Next Day Delivery
On our Next Day Delivery service, we will deliver your order the following day to UK mainland addresses providing that the order is placed before 1pm Mon-Fri. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, will be dispatched on Saturday to be delivered on Monday and orders placed after 1pm on Saturday’s will be posted on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Exchanges
Did you order the wrong size? Colour? Product? No problem just use the Contact Us page and state your order number and reason for return, as well as the item you want instead (please note the product has to be the same value or less that your original product). Alongside this please fill out the exchange form that was provided with your order and package up your item and take it to your local post office or suitable courier.
Please note you are responsible for any costs incurred to return your order.
EUROPEAN DELIVERY
With our European delivery we aim to get you your goods within 6-9 working days. This can vary depending on the courier. All orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday or Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.
Cost- £13.
REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY
With our Rest of the World delivery we aim to get you your goods within 10-12 working days. This can vary depennding on the courier. All orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday or Saturday will be dispatched on Monday. The following Countries can be delivered to:
Australia, New Zealand, America, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea and Russia.
Cost- £20.
DROPSHIP BRANDS
Some of our brands are shipped directly from the supplier so the delivery time may vary depending on each brand and the shipping service they use. Please contact us if you haven’t recieved your item within 7 working days.
To ensure you recieve your order as quickly as possible, please make sure you give us a delivery address where someone will be in. We will gladly deliver to a family member, neighbour or place of work if it is more convenient for you. Please enter your alternative delivery address when you place your order. Or please leave notes with your order and we can inform the carrier of your safe place. If we are unable to deliver for any reason, they will leave a “Sorry you were out” card to explain why they were unable to deliver and how to arrange redelivery/collection or the details of where the parcel has been left.
In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery. Please notify Customer Services by using our contact page immediately if any of the parcels are missing or damaged, making sure you keep your delivery note and all packaging.
Please note International delivery’s may be subject to custom tax/chargers. These are out of our control and are payable by the recipient.
